This Privacy Policy describes how Sleep like a Baby: White Noise ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application on iOS and Android.
We do not directly collect or store personal information. However, the third-party services integrated into the App may collect certain data as described below.
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App (e.g. which sounds are played, session length). Firebase may collect device identifiers, usage data, and crash reports. No personally identifiable information is collected.
The free version of the App displays ads served through the LevelPlay mediation platform, which includes the following ad networks:
These networks may collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), IP address, and other non-personal technical information to serve relevant advertisements. On iOS, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your IDFA.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. a "No Ads" subscription) processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not receive or store your payment information. Purchases are governed by the respective platform's terms and privacy policy.
The App may request permission to send local notifications (e.g. reminders). These are processed entirely on your device and do not transmit personal data to us.
On iOS 14.5 and later, we ask for your permission before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for personalised advertising. You may deny this request and the App will continue to function normally; ads will simply be less personalised.
The App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
We do not directly store personal data. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their own retention policies, linked above.
Depending on your location you may have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. Please contact the relevant third-party service directly, or contact us using the details below and we will assist where possible.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
